HVS Battery CCS Connector

Our new HVS high-voltage battery CCS / Busbar connection system is a versatile, compact, robust, and touch-proof solution for interconnecting cell modules and busbars inside a battery. HVS connection system combines the advantages of solid steel-to-steel bolted termination solution with mechanical keying and extremely low contact resistance of copper and ultrasonic welded Al/Cu conductors.  The system is touch-proof in unmated and mated conditions.  It provides termination options to a range of busbar cross-sections and cable conductors (95mm2 nominal, customize as needed).
